How the date and hour are read
Blizzard's panel recap of 12 September 2026 says it launches globally on November 4, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. PST, with beta beginning September 17, and that it is not a mode, a season or a new version of Classic. Blizzard's Collector's Edition post of 24 September 2026 also says PST. Our maths: US west coast clocks go back on 1 November, so PST is the label that fits the date and the hour is 23:00 UTC.
